Extends the oil level check interval from every 8 hours to every 24 hours of engine operation. The kit includes a 2-quart (1.9-liter) oil reservoir and a large sight gauge. The kit is designed to fit inside the enclosure on the generator set models listed above. The oil makeup kit for the Model 6VSG connects to the generator set controller to provide a warning message when the oil level in the reservoir is low.
