Exceeds industry standards for extra-protection and fluid resistance with a BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency) and a PFE (particulate filtration efficiency) of greater than 98%. Reduces the wearer’s risk of contact with blood and body fluids. Meets Health Canada, CDC (Center for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines for exposure control of Mycobacterium tuberculosis (TB) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS).
